I was really hoping that I would come to school today and EVERYONE would be better. Unfortunately, that did not happen. The number of sick kids is up, as well as teachers and support staff. And unfortunately, our collection of subs is also either ill or otherwise engaged.
We will not be having school or daycare tomorrow, Friday, February 6th. We will use this time to further deep-clean all of the areas here. I am asking that you help out by cleaning those items that don’t get cleaned constantly–book bags, coats, mittens, etc. Also remind your child, at any age, of the importance of handwashing and covering coughs.
I am hopeful that an extra-long weekend will help us all to get to a healthier spot.
